BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Wire Transfers. All payments are to be made in USD. 

If you require any additional Wire Transfer information, contact us using the Telegram chat at the bottom of the screen. 

  1. Find the items you want to buy on our website and add them to your cart.
  2. Click the “Cart” icon at the top of your screen or you can click “View Cart”.
  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill out your Shipping Information.
  4. If you are in the United States select “ACH Direct Deposit” and if you are from anywhere else select “Direct Payments For Woocommerce”.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen and take a screenshot of your transaction.
  6. Send your screenshot to us using the Telegram chat at the bottom of the screen. 
  7. One of our associates will respond to you and get the ball rolling on your order!

Yes, all of our bags are made from 100% genuine leather, imported to match the original materials used by the authentic brand. The leather we use is chosen based on the type used on the original bag. You can view the pictures on our website but seeing the piece in person is even better! Our products are 90% accurate, and while there may be slight differences in hardware, weight or serial numbers, the quality of the piece remains exceptional.

Your bag will arrive with a branded box, a branded dust bag, authentication card (if any) and when applicable, pamphlets. Not all brands include pamphlets, so we provide exactly what would come with the original version of the product. 

NOTE: The courier may remove brand packaging for safety customs clearance. We have no control over this.

Our pricing reflects the high quality of our rep products. We only source and sell the best reps on the market and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. We ship internationally to many countries and shipping is FREE. Processing takes 1 – 3 business days and shipping usually takes 7 – 15 business days depending on the country your parcel is going to. In 99.9% of cases, our customers do not pay taxes or customs duties. However, these fees are determined by your local government. We label parcels as gifts/low value, which helps avoid customs issues most of the time. If customs seizes your parcel (a very rare occurrence), we cannot be held liable, but we will fulfil and ship every order responsibly.

We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, or PostNL to ship our parcels. Tracking updates will begin when the courier has picked up your parcel. It can take a few days for tracking to start updating, please be patient. If you already have your tracking number, you can track your order here.

Yes we absolutely can! This service carries a fee of $75 USD paid upfront, non refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable. We will consult with our network of suppliers and try to find the highest quality replica for you. If we find one, we will reach out to you with  pictures and a quote for the piece from the supplier. If you are happy with it, we’ll move forward with the purchase on your behalf. 

To start the process:

  1. Send us a screenshot of the item.
  2. Pay the sourcing fee.

We offer returns for products that are damaged, defective, or not as ordered. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind about the color or style. Please take your time going through our website and be sure you are choosing the the right product before ordering. We value our clients and aim to maintain long-term relationships. Yes! We guarantee the bag will look exactly like the photos shown on our website. This is part of the Duperoo quality promise!

Our Telegram Messenger operates on a queuing ticket system, older messages show up for us first, so if you have sent us a message, you are in the queue and we will respond to you as promptly as we can. If you have sent us an email at admin@duperoo.com, your email may have ended up in our spam folder, which we check weekly, or our responses might be going to your spam folder. We do recommend the Telegram chat as it is quicker.
