SHIPPING POLICY
At Duperoo Bags and Accessories we partner with major global couriers to ensure your order arrives securely and in style. We ship to most countries.
All orders are carefully processed within 3 – 5 business days, however, orders can ship as quickly as 24 hours after your payment has cleared. Your order is then picked up by the courier and it’s on it’s way to you! Delivery typically takes between 7 – 15 days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number. It may take a couple days for the tracking to start updating, don’t worry, that is normal. If 5 days passes and the tracking information has not been updated, please contact us by clicking the Telegram icon at the bottom of the screen or email us at admin@duperoo.com and we will happily contact the courier on your behalf.
Important Shipping Information
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provided. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please confirm that your address is complete and accurate, including your ZIP/postal code and apartment or suite number, if applicable.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $60 USD re-shipping fee will apply. Please note that we are unable to modify a customer’s name, contact number and shipping address after an order has been shipped.
Duperoo Bags and Accessories is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or seized packages once it has been picked up by the courier.
Customs Duties & Import Fees
99.9% of our customers don’t pay customs fees for their parcels, however, customs fees are determined by your local government. Depending on your country’s regulations, your parcel may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Duperoo Bags and Accessories does not cover or reimburse customs charges under any circumstances.
Defective Items
While every Duperoo piece undergoes rigorous quality checks, occasional imperfections can occur. Should your item arrive defective, we offer a 15-day return policy. See Our Return Policy for more info.
We do not accept returns for missing or damaged boxes, ribbons or other packaging or if you have simply changed your mind.
Missing Delivered Packages
If your tracking information shows that your item was delivered, but you did not receive it, we kindly ask you to check with your neighbors and your local office of the courier. Duperoo Bags and Accessories are not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. In such cases, we strongly recommend filing a police report with your local authorities.
Delivery Delays
Should your package be delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please send us an email at admin@duperoo.com or send us a message on Telegram using the icon at the bottom of the screen. While we are happy to reach out to the courier on your behalf, please understand that delays due to customs, natural disasters, flight restrictions, flight availability, strikes or peak holiday periods are beyond our control.
